Anticoagulant
Automated Document Management system for the production of Anticoagulant Report forms.
EACS are proud to in introduce the Pressure Seal System to aid the distribution of Anticoagulant Report Forms.
What is pressure seal?
Pressure Seal is the latest concept in paper-based communications, comprising of cut sheet forms with a specialist adhesive, combined with a pressure seal machine which folds and seals the forms into a secure and mailable document at high speed.
How does pressure seal operate?
Forms are personalised through your laser or ink-jet printer in the normal way, and then placed in the infeed tray of the sealer unit, which will fold and seal them (at speeds of up to 15,000 forms per hour) ready to put into the post.
Some of the obvious benefits of Pressure Seal in the processing of Anticoagulant Reports are as follows:-
SPEED:- Reports are transformed into a mailable document at up to 15,000 per hour.
SECURITY:- Once sealed the contents of the report are securely concealed.
In addition, because the Pressure Seal document forms its own envelope, the need for conventional envelopes and the stuffing of those envelopes is eliminated.
Forms which are pre-printed with a P.P.I. (postage paid impression) eliminate the need for stamps or franking.
We have developed this system together with the Pathology departments at Southend and Ipswich. Please see the online case study to see how EACS has made their systems more efficient.
Isn't it time you updated the Yellow Book System?
