Pressure Seal Service & Support
Unexpected disruption during a print or payroll run can be very frustrating and costly due to the time constraints of payroll processing. EACS prides itself on customer service. Even though our machines are designed to be trouble free, in the event of a problem occurring we will see that your machine is up and running again at the earliest opportunity.
All our popular maintenance packages include preventative maintenance (PM). A PM visit consists of a general service, replacement of any faulty or worn parts and a clean.
EACS can provide a specialist engineer to respond as quickly as possible, as well as a team of technical support staff available for quick efficient telephone advice. Our standard on-site response time is 8-working hours from receipt of your request. EACS offer a range of service options including fully comprehensive maintenance contracts to provide trouble free pressure seal solutions and peace of mind.

Our fully comprehensive maintenance contracts provide the following service;
- Unlimited request for engineer support

- All parts and labour
